Last year, I purchased a linux based ASUS Eee 4g computer at Best Take. It came with a 4gig hard drive with only 75megs of free
space. That's upright, the disk was 98.8% fat. I called the ASUS warranty number and went through several techs.
Their final statement to me was "there is nothing that we can do". When I called attend again, they refused to retort their
phones. Not being able to regain a physical address for their office, I have gotten no benefit. There is no map to delete
unecessary programs from a Linux based computer. I threw away $329 and Best Purchase says it can't assist either because I did
not remove their extended warranty.
I do not recommend ASUS products.
