I objective received my 44202 stereo microscope. It's unprejudiced incredible. You can exhaust it from the very first little. For Christmas, I bought each pair of grandchildren a 44202 and a 44204. One of the 202's had an inoperative light switch. The replacement process was well handled although I had the hassle of returning (cost prepaid) the current to a UPS house. One of the 204's had a broken mirror which my daughter was going to handle directly through Celestron since they live on the other side of the country from me.
While I'm delighted with the products, the customer deserves better.
