I've had a Dell Inspiron for a small over a year, and it's been a constant plight. Multiple home visits to replace parts, technicians that have near to fix the machine and slay up breaking it; calls to Indian customer service that route me to non-working telephone numbers; any requests to talk to a manager result in being cut-off. The machine has been down for probably a month in the past 12 months. An incredibly dreadful level of wait on and hardware.
